Common questions

What if I'm not in tech? Can I still get interview practice?

Yes, absolutely. Just explain your situation when you sign up and I accommodate your interview practice needs. Behavioral interview coaching translates to any field. Structuring your answers, telling a compelling career story, handling tough questions under pressure - none of that is exclusive to tech. Where my coaching is most specific to tech is in system design, live coding, and technical role prep.

What roles are you most experienced coaching for?

I have the deepest experience with data engineering, analytics, backend engineering, and DevOps - but I've also coached candidates for product management, technical program management, and engineering leadership. If you're unsure, just reach out.

How is this different from practicing on my own?

Prep sites give you problems. I give you feedback. The biggest thing most candidates are missing is an actual interviewer telling them what landed, what didn't, and why. You can prep all week and still fail because of how you communicate. That's what I focus on.

Do I need to book multiple sessions?

No. You can book individual sessions if that's what you need. That said, most people see the biggest improvement after 2–3 rounds. That gives enough time to get feedback, internalize it, and try again. That's why I offer a 3-session bundle for either the behavioral interview or the technical interview.
